How does it work?
Below is a step by step guide on how the service works for owners and helpers..
Owners

1.
Create a job
Using the request a job form add details including location, job type with as much detail as you can, preferred date/time & your pay rate. You can use our rate of pay guide to get a good understanding on what to offer for your job.
2.
Match with a local helper
We will send you job to our pool of local helpers and find you a match.


3.
Job is completed
Chosen Helper confirms, completes the task, and gets paid the agreed amount securely through happy helpers. Upon completion you as the owner will be invoiced for the agreed pay rate plus 17% platform commission, which includes 2% online payment fees.
4.
Rate&Review
Leave feedback for your helper to help us grow!

Helpers

1.
Be alerted to jobs
Whist we work on the app we will adopt multiple whatsapp groups so you are only alerted to jobs that you have signed up to do.
2.
Apply and match
If you see a job that you are available and able to complete then respond and we will hopefully match you! Work as little or as much as you like!


3.
Receive job details and complete the job
Upon successful completion you will receive the agreed rate of pay from happy helpers and a review from the owner to help you get more jobs.
